Refresh from master spreadsheet

Clicking Refresh tries a live sync first — this only works when the dashboard is deployed with the small proxy Worker described in its deploy package, since browsers can't fetch Google Sheets directly. If that's not set up (e.g. right here in Claude), use this manual fallback instead: in Google Sheets, File → Download → Microsoft Excel (.xlsx), then upload that file below. Either way, it re-reads the plan from scratch — brand colours, channel rows, and any post links you've added — the same way it was originally built, entirely in your browser. Note: this replaces the current post list, so any LinkedIn/Instagram/Slack metrics you've already saved will only carry over for posts whose date, brand, channel, and text stayed exactly the same.

Schedule

Top reactors — monthly update

Easiest: ask Claude for a ready .json file covering one or more channels/months — upload it below and click Apply. One file can include the reactor ranking, the underlying post metrics (so Top Performers etc. populate too), and even new channels — nothing needs to be typed or set up first. Manual entry below still works for a single channel+month reactor list: one person per line as Name, count.

Slack channels tracked

Map each Slack channel you want tracked to the brand it belongs to — this is what "Slack channel" dropdowns (like above) pick from. VeliTech and Veli Group can each have their own channel(s); add as many as you need.

Import creatives (bulk)

Easiest: ask Claude to check your creatives Drive folder — it will hand you a ready .json file matching filenames to posts. Upload it below and click Apply, no typing needed. (Manual entry below still works too, one creative per line: search text | URL | image or video | channel.)
